Noise Complaints

Sociable and friendly gatherings of residents and their guests are welcome and encouraged, provided such gatherings are not allowed to become boisterious and objectionable to other residents. Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests in the building or outside on the premises. Stereos, radios, telvision or other electrical equipment are not to be operated loudly as to be objectionable to other residents. It is recommended that any speakers or televisions be placed on a table up off of the floor and away from shared walls. Residents must abide by quiet hours between 10:00p.m. - 9:00a.m.

If you have an issue with a neighbor making excessive noise, please feel free to speak kindly to your neighbor in attempt to solve the problem in a neighborly fashion. If this does not solve the issue, you should call the non-emergency police when necessary and inform management of the specific problem. We recommend that any residents fill out the Noise Complaint Log for Residents to ensure proper documentation of the problem.
